Jamaluddin tolak jawatan pengurus pasukan Perak

"SAYA mempunyai komitmen yang tinggi terhadap tugas saya."

Demikian penjelasan anggota exco kerajaan Perak, Jamaluddin Mohd. Radzi yang menolak pelantikan sebagai pengurus pasukan Perak.

Jamaluddin merupakan Pengerusi Jawatankuasa Pembangunan Usahawan, Koperasi, Pertanian dan Perladangan Perak berkata, beliau menolak pelantikan tersebut kerana mahu menumpukan perhatian kepada tugas rasminya.

"Saya berharap Menteri Besar Perak (Datuk Seri Mohammad Nizar Jamaluddin) dapat mencari mana-mana individu yang sesuai bagi mengisi kekosongan tersebut," katanya kepada pemberita selepas majlis menandatangani kontrak pemain-pemain Perak bagi musim 2009 di Bangunan Setiausaha Kerajaan Negeri di Ipoh semalam.

Bagaimanapun Jamaluddin bersetuju untuk menjadi anggota majlis Persatuan Bola Sepak Perak (Pafa).

Sementara itu, Mohammad Nizar yang juga Presiden Pafa berkata, beliau mempunyai dua calon lain sebagai pengurus pasukan.

"Mereka telah diberitahu dan meminta tempoh berfikir sebelum membuat keputusan. Pada masa ini dua penolong pengurus iaitu Nor Azli Musa dan Anuar Zakaria akan men jalankan pengurusan pasukan ini buat sementara," katanya.

Perak terpaksa melatih semula pemain muda selepas pemain utama seperti Hamsani Ahmad, Nasril Nourdin, Chan Wing Hong, K. Nanthakumar, Azlan Zainal, Hardi Jaafar, Khalid Jamlus dan Shahrulnizam Mustafa berhijrah ke pasukan lain.

Ekoran itu, tujuh pemain skuad Piala Presiden Perak dinaikkan pangkat bagi mewakili pasukan senior.

Pemain berkenaan ialah Kamarul Effandi Abd. Rahim, Fauzi Ariffin, Arif Fazlie Saidin, Hafiszuan Salehudin, Nazri Kamal, Isma Alif Salim dan Shahrizal Saad.

Perak turut memancing bekas pemain Pulau Pinang iaitu K. Puvinderan, Chun Keng Hong, Hafiz Abd. Rahman dan Muhammad Zafran Olibullah.

Turut disenaraikan ialah bekas penjaga gol Selangor, Megat Amir Faizal, Syazwan Roslan (Perlis), A. Varathan (Shahzan Muda), Zahiruddin Sabri (Kuala Lumpur), Arsyah Ayob (Sarawak ), K. Thinagaran (UPB-MyTeam) dan Saaufi Sa'aidi (Kelantan).

Rajagobal Let Off The Hook

PETALING JAYA, April 24 (Bernama) -- National head coach Datuk K. Rajagobal was let off the hook by the Football Association of Malaysia's (FAM) Disciplinary Committee after finding no evidence that he had violated FAM's Article 88, as claimed.
