'Kamaruddin tak boleh buat ikut suka lagi'

MESEJ tegas dihantar kepada Ketua Jabatan Pengadil Persatuan Bola Sepak Malaysia (FAM), Lt Kol (B) Kamaruddin Sakhari, semalam - tiada lagi tindakan bersendirian dalam menentukan jadual tugas pegawai-pegawai untuk kancah Liga Malaysia ketika ini.

Sebaliknya, segala penentuan tanggungjawab itu perlu terlebih dahulu mendapat pengesahan dan kelulusan Jawatankuasa Pengadil FAM - badan dianggotai ahli-ahli yang dilabel Kamaruddin sebelumnya sebagai 'enggan memberikan kerjasama.'

"Jawatankuasa putuskan untuk tidak terus dibelenggu masalah lalu. Apa yang kami mahukan ialah supaya segalanya lebih teratur pada masa hadapan, terutama jadual tugas untuk Liga Malaysia," kata Timbalan Pengerusi Jawatankuasa, Datuk Soh Chin Aun, ketika dihubungi selepas mesyuarat, semalam.


Ketegasan itu lahir selepas sebelumnya timbul dakwaan ada elemen 'kronisme' dalam penentuan tugas pengadil dan komisioner perlawanan, terutama selepas terdedah bahawa ada pegawai tidak diperakui tetap diberikan tugasan.

Kamaruddin juga sebelumnya mengakui bahawa dia melakukan lantikan tugas secara bersendirian selain punya alasan kukuh untuk menjawab segala persoalan dan kelemahan jabatan yang didakwanya ditimbulkan bekas pengerusi jawatankuasa, Allahyarham Nazri Abdullah.

Namun di sebalik usahanya itu, ada beberapa lagi kesilapan lain dikesan, termasuk tindakan Jabatan Pengadil FAM melantik pengadil yang tidak hadir ujian kecergasan untuk mengendalikan perlawanan atas alasan ‘pengganti saat akhir.'

Paling terbaru yang dicungkil ialah tindakan jabatan sama setakat ini sudah melantik seorang komisioner buat tiga perlawanan Liga Malaysia padahal pegawai itu tidak hadir seminar diadakan pada awal tahun - syarat wajib sebelum dilantik.

Segala pendedahan itu menghangatkan kemungkinan betapa mungkin tindakan bakal diambil terhadap Kamaruddin - terutama selepas menjadi pegawai Sekretariat FAM pertama secara terbuka menempelak jawatankuasa badan induk berkenaan.

Namun Setiausaha Agung FAM, Datuk Azzuddin Ahmad memilih untuk menerima penjelasan awal Kamaruddin sebelumnya - langkah mungkin kini layak ditafsir 'menyelamatkan' Kamaruddin daripada berdepan sebarang bentuk tindakan.

Rajagobal Let Off The Hook

PETALING JAYA, April 24 (Bernama) -- National head coach Datuk K. Rajagobal was let off the hook by the Football Association of Malaysia's (FAM) Disciplinary Committee after finding no evidence that he had violated FAM's Article 88, as claimed.
