KANGAR, July 29 (Bernama) -- Indonesian cyclist, Herwin Jaya, dominated the second round of the Perlis Open Tour 2009 over 217.7KM here Wednesday.
The 24-year old cyclist representing Polygon Sweet Nice team took 5:20.19s to leave the competition in his wake.
National cyclist, Ahmad Fallanie Ali, two seconds behind Herwin, had to settle for second spot with a time of 5:20:21s.
Third was Terengganu's Mohd Sharul Mat Amin with 5:21:48s.
Uzbekistan cyclist, Viadimir Tuychiev, who chalked up 5:23.18s was in fourth place while the Philippines' Dante Cagas took fifth placing with a time of 5:24.10s.
The tour has more than 70 cyclist from 16 teams cycling along the main roads of Perlis and Kedah beginning at Taman Merdeka, Kangar and ending at Batu 16, Jalan Kaki Bukit near here.
