PHM kenal pasti dua jurulatih

KUANTAN – Persekutuan Hoki Malaysia (PHM) sedang berusaha mendapatkan penaja, untuk membayar khidmat jurulatih asing yang bakal dilantik untuk membimbing skuad kebangsaan.
Presiden PHM, Tengku Abdullah Sultan Ahmad Shah berkata, pihaknya mahu berkongsi kos membayar gaji jurulatih asing itu dengan Majlis Sukan Negara (MSN).

“Kita sudah mengenalpasti dua jurulatih asing dan akan memilih calon yang sesuai dalam masa terdekat ini,” katanya kepada pemberita selepas menyampaikan insentif kepada atlet dan pegawai Pahang yang berjaya pada temasya Sukan SEA Laos bulan lepas, di sini semalam.

Mengenai kedudukan jurulatih Tan Beng Hai pula, Tengku Abdullah berkata, khidmatnya masih diperlukan dalam pembangunan sukan hoki negara dan tahap pasukan negara dapat dipertingkatkan dengan bimbingan jurulatih asing.

Pada majlis itu, tiga pemenang emas Sukan SEA masing-masing menerima wang tunai RM3,000, enam pemenang pingat perak menerima RM2,000 setiap seorang manakala tujuh pemenang pingat gangsa masing-masing mendapat RM1,000. – Bernama
