Kejohanan Bola Jaring Lelaki Di Stadium Juara 3-4 Julai

KUALA LUMPUR, 24 Jun (Bernama) -- Bola jaring begitu sinonim dengan kaum wanita tetapi kaum lelaki kini boleh menguji kebolehan mereka bermain sukan itu pada kejohanan anjuran Kompleks Sukan Negara yang akan diadakan di Stadium Juara, Bukit Kiara dari 3 hingga 4 Julai.

Pengurus Pembangunan dan Pengurusan Acara Kompleks Sukan Negara, Mohd Zulqarnain Muhammad berkata sehingga kini 10 pasukan lelaki mendaftar untuk menyertai kejohanan, yang turut mempertandingkan acara bola jaring bagi wanita terbuka dan remaja perempuan di bawah 15 tahun.

"Sambutan daripada pasukan lelaki untuk bermain bola jaring amat menggalakkan dan sehingga kini hanya tinggal lima kekosongan bagi pasukan lelaki," katanya kepada pemberita, di sini hari Khamis.

Mohd Zulqarnain berkata selain acara itu, tarikan bagi kejohanan itu adalah acara gusti lengan bagi lelaki dan wanita.

"Kompleks Sukan Negara berharap lebih ramai wanita menyertai acara ini kerana pada tahun lepas, hanya tiga wanita menyertainya," katanya.

Hadiah wang tunai keseluruhan yang ditawarkan bagi kedua-dua acara adalah RM11,000 dengan johan bagi setiap kategori acara bola jaring akan menerima RM1,000. Pemenang acara gusti lengan akan menerima RM300.
