Apek serah pada KAFA



KOTA BHARU - Penjaga gol No. 1 negara, Khairul Fahmi Che Mat atau Apek (gambar) yang dilaporkan tidak muncul pada hari pertama sesi latihan Kelayakan Olimpik kelmarin, berkata dia menyerahkan kedudukannya kepada majikannya, Persatuan Bola Sepak Kelantan (KAFA).
 
Beliau yang masih berada di sisi skuad Kelantan di sini, enggan mengulas ketidakhadiran bersama skuad Ong Kim Swee di Wisma Persatuan Bola Sepak Malaysia (FAM), seperti yang disiarkan akhbar semalam.
Khairul Fahmi yang ditemui menyerahkan kepada KAFA untuk dia menyertai skuad Olimpik atau sebaliknya.

"Saya tidak boleh buat apa-apa (untuk lapor diri skuad ke Olimpik atau sebaliknya) sebab tidak dapat kata putus daripada KAFA," katanya.

Tinjauan Utusan Malaysia di kem latihan skuad Kelantan mendapati Khairul Fahmi menjalani latihan seperti biasa bersama rakan-rakan pasukannya dalam perlawanan persahabatan menentang skuad Piala Presiden negeri itu.

Sementara itu, KAFA menjelaskan 'kehilangan' Khairul Fahmi yang tidak hadir pada sesi latihan skuad kebangsaan disebabkan salah faham.

Presidennya, Tan Sri Annuar Musa berkata, sebenarnya KAFA telah memberi pelepasan kepada Khairul Fahmi untuk menyertai latihan skuad Olimpik.
Namun, katanya Khairul Fahmi harus berada dalam pasukan Kelantan 48 jam sebelum perlawanan menentang Kuala Lumpur yang akan berlangsung esok.
Beliau berkata, Khairul Fahmi sepatutnya boleh melapor diri di Wisma FAM kelmarin, tetapi dia perlu pulang untuk bersama skuad Red Warriors dalam tempoh tersebut dan kembali menyertai latihan skuad negara Ahad ini.

"Beliau sepatutnya boleh melapor diri pada 25 Januari di Wisma FAM tetapi menyangka perlu melapor diri hanya selepas perlawanan Kelantan menentang Kuala Lumpur.

"Saya meminta pengurusan Kelantan dan Apek menghubungi jurulatih pasukan Olimpik, Ong Kim Swee untuk menyelaras perkara ini dengan baik," katanya kepada Utusan Malaysia semalam.

Beliau mengulas mengenai ketiadaan Khairul Fahmi pada hari pertama sesi latihan persediaan bagi menghadapi perlawanan Kumpulan C Kelayakan Olimpik menentang Bahrain, kelmarin.

Pemain Kelantan itu juga tidak memberikan sebarang alasan ketiadaannya di Wisma FAM, Kelana Jaya di sini kepada Kim Swee, yang bagaimanapun masih cuba memberikan ruang dan tempoh kepadanya sehingga semalam.

Rajagobal Let Off The Hook

PETALING JAYA, April 24 (Bernama) -- National head coach Datuk K. Rajagobal was let off the hook by the Football Association of Malaysia's (FAM) Disciplinary Committee after finding no evidence that he had violated FAM's Article 88, as claimed.
