‘Sedia hadapi akibat’ - Tan Sri Annuar Musa

“DIA (Tan Sri Annuar Musa) sudah diingatkan supaya tidak terlalu lantang bercakap kepada media dan menggunakan saluran yang betul jika mahu membuat kenyataan tapi dia gagal mematuhinya dan perlu menanggung akibat perbuatannya itu,” kata Presiden Persatuan Bola Sepak Malaysia (FAM), Sultan Ahmad Shah, semalam.

Baginda bertitah, Annuar sepatutnya tahu mengenai peraturan itu kerana sudah dimaklumkan Timbalan Presiden FAM, Tengku Abdullah Sultan Ahmad Shah supaya tidak terlalu banyak bercakap kepada media dalam mesyuarat jawatankuasa eksekutif, baru-baru ini.

Titahnya, tindakan timbalannya itu yang mengkritik prestasi pasukan kebangsaan sebagai satu kesilapan besar dan perlu dikenakan tindakan.
“Apabila kita menyalahi undang-undang atau peraturan, kita mesti sedia menghadapi akibat daripada perbuatan itu. Annuar kini perlu merayu sebelum Jawatankuasa Tatatertib FAM mengambil sebarang tindakan.

“Jawatankuasa Tatatertib (FAM) akan mendengar kes itu pada 4 April ini dan saya sama sekali tidak campur tangan atau mempunyai pengaruh ke atas perkara itu,” katanya kepada media selepas merasmikan pejabat Jabatan Pengangkutan Jalan (JPJ) baru di Kuantan, semalam.

Pada 13 Mac lalu, Annuar mengeluarkan kenyataan mengkritik prestasi semasa skuad kebangsaan kendalian Datuk K Rajagobal ketika ditanya pemberita selepas Bengkel Pemasaran dan Pembangunan Penyokong Kelab anjuran Malaysia Super League Sdn Bhd (MSL) di Shah Alam.

Baginda bertitah, walaupun Malaysia negara bebas untuk mengeluarkan pendapat, persatuan itu masih terikat dengan undang-undang dan ada peraturan tertentu yang perlu diikuti. Mengikut peraturan ditetapkan FAM, hanya Presiden yang mempunyai kuasa memberi komen berkenaan skuad kebangsaan.

Lembaga disiplin FAM dipengerusi Datuk Taufek Abdul Razak sepatutnya membincangkan mengenai tindakan terhadap Annuar, semalam tapi memutuskan untuk menangguhkannya kepada 4 April ini.

Rajagobal Let Off The Hook

PETALING JAYA, April 24 (Bernama) -- National head coach Datuk K. Rajagobal was let off the hook by the Football Association of Malaysia's (FAM) Disciplinary Committee after finding no evidence that he had violated FAM's Article 88, as claimed. FAM Disciplinary Committee chairman Datuk Taufik Abdul Razak said the committee had decided not to charge Rajagobal after carefully analysing the video of the post-match press conference by the 56-year-old coach.
