Terengganu Government To Announce Additional Incentives For Victorious SUKMA Contingent

KUALA TERENGGANU, July 18 (Bernama) -- Additional incentives await the Terengganu SUKMA contingent that emerged overall champion at the 15th Pahang SUKMA that ended on Monday.

Terengganu Menteri Besar Datuk Seri Ahmad Said said the state government would announce a special incentive for the SUKMA contingent that clinched the overall title for the fourth consecutive time.

"They deserve the incentives after putting on a brilliant performance in Pahang. An announcement will be made soon.

"It will be in addition to what we have announced before," he said after chairing an exco meeting at Wisma Darul Iman here Wednesday.

Terengganu had earlier announced that gold medal winners will receive RM5,000, silver medal (RM3,000) and bronze medal (RM2,000).

Rajagobal Let Off The Hook

PETALING JAYA, April 24 (Bernama) -- National head coach Datuk K. Rajagobal was let off the hook by the Football Association of Malaysia's (FAM) Disciplinary Committee after finding no evidence that he had violated FAM's Article 88, as claimed.
