Tickets For Chelsea-Malaysia Friendly Match On Sale Tomorrow

KUALA LUMPUR, May 29 (Bernama) -- The tickets for the friendly match between Malaysian Selection XI against English Premier League (EPL) outfit, Chelsea FC will be on sale starting tomorrow until June 2 at all Adidas outlets nationwide.

The match which is part of The Blues's 2013/14 Pre-Season Asian Tour will be held at the Shah Alam Stadium on July 21 with the kick-off at 9.45pm.

When announcing this here Wednesday, Chief Executive Officer of ProEvents International, Julian Kam said starting June 3, ticket sale for the match then will be via Ticketpro's telephone hotline at 03-7880 7999, online website; www.ticketpro.com.my and at Ticketpro's outlets nationwide.

Ticket prices are RM58, RM88, RM108, RM308 and RM408.

ProEvents International is the exclusive organiser of the 2013 Chelsea FC Asian Tour.

United Kingdom media recently reported that Spain's Real Madrid manager, Jose Mourinho is tipped to be back at Chelsea FC as the new manager, replacing outgoing Rafael Benitez who has signed a two-year deal with Italian club, Napoli.

The newly-crowned Europa League champions earlier will be playing against Singha All-Star in Bangkok, Thailand on July 17 before concluding their Asian Tour matches against BNI Indonesia All-Star at the Gelora Bung Karno Stadium in Jakarta on July 25.

The trip to Malaysian shores, which is part of The Blues's preparation to face the 2013/2014 EPL Season, is their third since 2008 when they beat the Malaysian side 2-0 at the Shah Alam Stadium before registering a slim 1-0 win against the same side in 2011 at the National Stadium in Bukit Jalil.

Rajagobal Let Off The Hook

PETALING JAYA, April 24 (Bernama) -- National head coach Datuk K. Rajagobal was let off the hook by the Football Association of Malaysia's (FAM) Disciplinary Committee after finding no evidence that he had violated FAM's Article 88, as claimed. FAM Disciplinary Committee chairman Datuk Taufik Abdul Razak said the committee had decided not to charge Rajagobal after carefully analysing the video of the post-match press conference by the 56-year-old coach.
