Kongsi rahsia kejayaan bersama persatuan lain

KUALA LUMPUR - Persatuan sukan yang telah berjaya digesa berkongsi kepakaran dan pengalaman dengan persatuan sukan bermasalah dalam melahirkan lebih ramai jaguh sukan negara.

Presiden Persatuan Jurulatih Olahraga Kebangsaan, Mohd. Musa Noor Mohd. berkata, demi melonjakkan prestasi sukan negara, perkongsian maklumat ini perlu menjadi amalan yang murni.

"Bayangkan setiap kali sesuatu acara sukan itu gagal, sudah pasti ada post-mortem dilakukan untuk mengenalpasti dan berkongsi kelemahan.

"Tetapi ketika ada kejayaan dicatat, tidak pula post-mortem dilakukan untuk mengenalpasti dan berkongsi kepakaran yang digunakan.

"Jadi sudah tiba masanya, faktor-faktor kejayaan ini didedah dan diedarkan kepada persatuan lain untuk dicontohi dan diamalkan," katanya selepas berakhir Konvensyen Sukan Kebangsaan 2009 di sini, semalam.

Beliau terpanggil untuk membuat gesaan ini selepas mengikuti empat kertas kerja yang dibentang pada konvensyen selama dua hari itu.

Menurutnya, sukan seperti badminton, skuasy dan basikal trek misalnya sudah mencapai tahap dunia dan pastinya mempunyai tip kejayaan yang boleh dikongsi bersama.

"Skuasy misalnya boleh mendedahkan bagaimana melahirkan Datuk Nicol David; badminton, Datuk Lee Chong Wei dan basikal trek, Azizulhasni Awang.

"Kepakaran seperti mengatur program latihan, pemakanan, pengurusan dan sebagainya adalah beberapa faktor penting yang amat bernilai," tegasnya.

Govt Always Gives Emphasis To Sporting Culture, Says PM

Rajagobal Let Off The Hook

PETALING JAYA, April 24 (Bernama) -- National head coach Datuk K. Rajagobal was let off the hook by the Football Association of Malaysia's (FAM) Disciplinary Committee after finding no evidence that he had violated FAM's Article 88, as claimed.
