Sukma XIII: 100Plus sumbang RM500,000

SUKAN Malaysia (Sukma) XIII yang akan berlangsung di Melaka pada 10 hingga 19 Jun ini terus mendapat sambutan daripada pihak penaja
Semalam, syarikat pengeluar minuman isotonik, 100Plus tampil menghulurkan tajaan sebanyak RM500,000 bagi memeriahkan temasya dwi tahunan itu.
Ketika menerima tajaan tersebut, Ketua Menteri Melaka, Datuk Seri Mohd. Ali Rustam berkata, sumbangan itu adalah dalam bentuk wang tunai dan minuman yang akan digunakan sepenuhnya bagi menjayakan Sukma XIII.

Menurutnya, sebahagian daripada penajaan tersebut akan digunakan untuk tujuan promosi bagi mengedarkan pelekat kereta Sukan Malaysia XIII Melaka 2010 yang akan diedarkan tidak lama lagi.
Semalam berlangsung majlis penyerahan tajaan itu yang disempurnakan oleh Pengurus Hal-Ehwal Korporat Negara Fraser & Neave, Datuk Kamal Harun di Seri Negeri, Ayer Keroh, Melaka.
Sukma XIII akan mempertandingkan 33 acara sukan dan disertai oleh 15 pasukan termasuk Brunei selaku pasukan jemputan.

Rajagobal Let Off The Hook

PETALING JAYA, April 24 (Bernama) -- National head coach Datuk K. Rajagobal was let off the hook by the Football Association of Malaysia's (FAM) Disciplinary Committee after finding no evidence that he had violated FAM's Article 88, as claimed. FAM Disciplinary Committee chairman Datuk Taufik Abdul Razak said the committee had decided not to charge Rajagobal after carefully analysing the video of the post-match press conference by the 56-year-old coach.
