SINGAPURA, Aug 23 (Bernama) -- National diver, Pandelela Rinong, 17, who won Malaysia's first silver medal in the women's 10-metre platform event on Saturday, added another medal to Malaysia's tally at the Youth Olympic Games (YOG), here Monday.
The athlete from Sarawak grabbed her second silver medal when she collected an overall points of 444.15 in the final for the women's 3-metre diving board at the Toa Payoh Swimming Complex.
Pandelela, who is the first Malaysian athlete to qualify for two disciplines in the championship, trailed the gold medallist, China's Liu Jiao, by 67.20 points.
The bronze medal was won by Ukraine's Viktoriya Potyekhina who collected 433.55 points.
