Beng Hai sah letak jawatan

KUALA LUMPUR, (Arena.my) - Sukan hoki dilanda fenomena perletakan jawatan selepas setiausaha Agung Konfederasi Hoki Malaysia (KHM) Maninderjit Singh mengambil keputusan mengundur dan jurulatih kebangsaan juga sah meletak jawatan.

Beng Hai merasakan beliau bertanggungjawab selepas Malaysia gagal melepasi kempen Kelayakan Sukan Olimpik 2012 di Dublin, Ireland.

Perkara ini disahkan naib Presiden KHM, Mohd Manjit Majid Abdullah sehari sebelum jawatankuasa kejurulatihan menentukan nasib Beng Hai, Khamis ini.

"Beng Hai memang sudah meletakkan jawatan. Sekarang kita akan adakan perbincangan dengan Pengerusi Jawatankuasa Kejurulatihan Negeri-Negeri dan meminta pandanagan mereka terhadap jurulatih kebangsaan," katanya.

Perletakan jawatan Beng Hai juga menyaksikan Malaysia menarik diri daripada Kejohanan Jemputan Tiga Penjuru di Pakistan, bulan depan.

Ketiadaan Beng Hai dan Maninderjit nyata menjejaskan moral kakitangan KHM yang masih bersedih dengan kegagalan Malaysia layak ke London.

Diharapkan Jawatankuasa Kejurulatihan  dan KHM sendiri dapat mencari jalan terbaik dalam mengendalikan dua perletakan jawatan ini.

Sepanjang kendalian Beng Hai bersama skuad negara tahun lalu, Malaysia mencatatkan sembilan kemenangan sepanjang 26 aksi kompetetif, kalah 11 dan seri tiga kali.

Rajagobal Let Off The Hook

PETALING JAYA, April 24 (Bernama) -- National head coach Datuk K. Rajagobal was let off the hook by the Football Association of Malaysia's (FAM) Disciplinary Committee after finding no evidence that he had violated FAM's Article 88, as claimed.
