‘Saya akan terima’ - Timbalan Presiden Persatuan Bola Sepak Malaysia (FAM), Tan Sri Annuar Musa



“APA sahaja hukuman yang bakal saya hadapi saya akan terima tetapi jangan tidak berlaku adil kerana saya Timbalan Presiden kelas kedua.”
Demikian reaksi Timbalan Presiden Persatuan Bola Sepak Malaysia (FAM), Tan Sri Annuar Musa yang bersedia untuk menerima apa sahaja keputusan yang akan diputuskan oleh Jawatankuasa Tatatertib persatuan itu selepas pendengaran kes 4 April ini.

Bagaimanapun, menurutnya, keputusan yang bakal dibuat itu tidak boleh terhenti begitu sahaja kerana ia melibatkan kesamaran undang-undang yang memerlukan keputusan kongres bersama-sama dengan ahli gabungan untuk memperjelaskannya.

Katanya, beliau akan menghadiri pendengaran kes tersebut bersama-sama dengan orang yang arif dengan peraturan persatuan tersebut untuk membantunya mempertahankan diri.

“Saya akan menghadiri pendengaran tersebut dengan bantuan orang yang lebih arif dalam persatuan sebab saya hanya orang biasa, saya memerlukan bantuan orang yang lebih tahu tentang selok belok persatuan.
“Isu ini bukan saja melibatkan bentuk hukuman. Saya ialah ahli jawatankuasa pentadbir, bila timbul tafsiran berbeza antara Jawatankuasa Tatatertib dengan pembuat dasar ia tidak boleh berhenti begitu sahaja, kita perlu betulkan dalam kongres,” katanya ketika ditemui semalam.

Presiden FAM, Sultan Ahmad Shah sebelum ini dilaporkan bertitah, Annuar akan dihadapkan ke Jawatankuasa Disiplin badan induk bola sepak negara pada 4 April ini kerana didakwa secara terbuka mengkritik prestasi skuad kebangsaan di bawah kendalian Datuk K. Rajagobal dalam media.

Baginda bertitah, Annuar perlu berdepan dengan jawatankuasa itu kerana tindakannya ternyata melanggar peraturan badan induk bola sepak negara kerana apa yang dilakukannya merupakan satu kesalahan yang amat besar.
Sementara itu, Annuar yang juga Presiden Persatuan Bola Sepak Kelantan (KAFA) turut menyifatkan keputusan yang mengheretnya ke Jawatankuasa Tatatertib agak meragukan kerana ia dibuat tanpa memberi surat tunjuk sebab terlebih dahulu dan dibincangkan di peringkat Exco.

Katanya, ada ‘orang tertentu’ yang membuat keputusan untuk mengheretnya ke jawatankuasa tersebut tanpa dibincangkan terlebih di peringkat eksekutif.

“Saya tidak kisah kalau orang yang hendak 'menyaman' saya itu (kedudukan) lebih rendah kerana dalam persatuan akan timbul perkara seperti ini dan keputusan (membawanya ke jawatankuasa tatatertib) itu dibuat ketika Presiden dan saya sebagai Timbalan Presiden berada di luar negara.

“Saya ada sikit perbezaan pendapat (dalam isu tersebut), sepatutnya saya diberi surat tunjuk sebab dahulu dan Exco memutuskan dahulu sebelum dibawa kepada lembaga disiplin. Sejak kongres FAM terakhir hanya ada empat mesyuarat Exco dan saya sekarang sedang menulis surat dan berharap lebih banyak mesyuarat diadakan kerana saya ada banyak perkara yang ingin disampaikan,” jelasnya.

Rajagobal Let Off The Hook

PETALING JAYA, April 24 (Bernama) -- National head coach Datuk K. Rajagobal was let off the hook by the Football Association of Malaysia's (FAM) Disciplinary Committee after finding no evidence that he had violated FAM's Article 88, as claimed.
