FAM Kuat Kuasa Haram Suar Dan Larangan Bawa Kayu Ke Dalam Stadium

PETALING JAYA, 19 Feb (Bernama) -- Persatuan Bolasepak Malaysia (FAM) menguatkuasakan serta merta pengharaman suar dan larangan membawa kayu ke dalam stadium dalam saingan Liga Malaysia.

Pengerusi Jawatankuasa Keselamatan FAM Datuk Salleh Mat Rasid berkata tindakan undang-undang akan diambil terhadap mereka yang tidak mematuhi penguatkuasaan itu.

Bercakap kepada pemberita selepas mempengerusikan mesyuarat Jawatankuasa Keselamatan FAM kali pertama di Wisma FAM, Kelana Jaya di sini hari ini, beliau berkata kamera litar tertutup (CCTV) akan dipasang di setiap stadium bagi melakukan pemantauan.

"Suar adalah alat yang menyalahi undang-undang, dengan adanya CCTV kerja pemantauan lebih fokus. Kayu yang digunakan pada sepanduk juga berbahaya kepada keselamatan orang ramai.

"Pihak polis sentiasa mendapatkan risikan dari semasa ke semasa dan kita juga sedang mencari siapa yang membawa barang tersebut (suar)," katanya.

Salleh juga menyarankan kepada FAM agar lebih tegas dalam menjatuhkan hukuman dan menyemak semula hukuman sedia ada.

Katanya Polis Diraja Malaysia (PDRM) juga akan menambah anggota keselamatan di stadium terutamanya dalam perlawanan yang dianggap 'berisiko tinggi' iaitu yang mempunyai penyokong yang ramai.

Rajagobal Let Off The Hook

PETALING JAYA, April 24 (Bernama) -- National head coach Datuk K. Rajagobal was let off the hook by the Football Association of Malaysia's (FAM) Disciplinary Committee after finding no evidence that he had violated FAM's Article 88, as claimed. FAM Disciplinary Committee chairman Datuk Taufik Abdul Razak said the committee had decided not to charge Rajagobal after carefully analysing the video of the post-match press conference by the 56-year-old coach.
