JOHOR BAHARU, Oct 29 (Bernama) -- Johor Darul Ta'zim (JDT) manager
Bojan Hodak expressed disappointment with the condition of the field at
the National Stadium in Bukit Jalil.
According to Bojan the pitch at the National Stadium was in a deplorable condition and may affect the quality of the match and his team's rhythm during the Malaysia Cup final against Pahang on Saturday.
"From the pictures I have seen and information received, the pitch is in an awful condition. We have prepared well but the condition of the pitch might ruin all our efforts. However, we cannot do anything about the status," he told reporters after a training session at Padang Sri Gelam, here today.
Bojan said the stadium management should not allow the pitch for events or any action that can affect the condition of the field.
He said JDT as the Super League champion hopes to add the Malaysia Cup and repeat the success of Johor's Malaysia Cup victory in 1991.
