SERI KEMBANGAN, April 24 (Bernama) -- The Youth and Sports Ministry is waiting for recommendations from the Sports Advisory Panel (SAP) before deciding the next course of action against the Malaysian National Cycling Federation (MNCF) for alleged discrepancies in the spending of funds allocated for the road development programme. Youth and Sports Minister Khairy Jamaluddin said the ministry's internal auditors had completed their second audit report on funds spent by the MNCF, two weeks ago. "The MNCF had requested the ministry to correct some specific matters. The Ministry has referred the matter to the SAP which is chaired by Tun Ahmad Sarji Abdul Hamid.
